Yam Bits

Ingredients :
   
Yam
 - 1/4 Kg
Rice Flour
 - 2 cups
Red chilli powder
 - 4 tablespoon
Seasome seeds
 - 2 tablespoon
Cheese grated
 - 1 small cup
Cooking oil
 - 1 small cup
Salt
 - 2 tablespoon
coriander leaves  - 1 cup

Method :

Cut yam into small triangular or round pieces. Apply little salt. Steam them in a cooker or an vessel for 5 minutes. Mix red chillie powder, little salt, seasome seeds with oil.

Apply them on the yam pieces on both the sides. Then coat the yam pieces with rice flour. Shallow fry by using oil on a non-stick thava. When it becomes crisp. Remove them.

Garnish with cheese and coriander leaves. It goes well with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
