Ingredients :
   
Arbi leaves(alu in marathi)
- 10 nos
Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon
Rai
- 1 teaspoon
Chana dal
- 1 small cup
Groundnut
- 2 tablespoon
Greenchillies
- 6 nos
Ginger
- 10 grams
Garlic
- 6 to 7 flowerets
Jeera
- 1 teaspoon
Imli water
- 1 small cup
Jaggery
- 1 tablespoon
Dalchini
- 1small piece
Lavang - 5 nos

Method:

Wash the arbi leaves and cut them into small pieces. Grind dalchini, lavang, green chillies, jeera, garlic & ginger into a smooth paste.

In a pressure cooker put oil. add rai & jeera. Once the oil is hot add, arbi leaves, chana dal, jaggery, groundnuts, grounded masasa paste, imli water, salt (as per taste)& water.

Allow it to cook till the leaves becomes very soft and the gravy thickens (till 3 whistles of the cooker comes) this curry goes well with rice as well as rotis.

Spices eg. green chillies can be used according to individual taste
