Method:
Wash the arbi leaves and cut them into small pieces.
Grind dalchini, lavang, green chillies, jeera, garlic & ginger into
a smooth paste.
In a pressure cooker put oil. add rai & jeera. Once
the oil is hot add, arbi leaves, chana dal, jaggery, groundnuts, grounded
masasa paste, imli water, salt (as per taste)& water.
Allow it to cook till the leaves becomes very soft and
the gravy thickens (till 3 whistles of the cooker comes) this curry goes
well with rice as well as rotis.
