Method of Preparation :
Take a cooking bowl and cook the chicken along with Ginger, garlic, turmeric,
green chillli and Salt.
When the chicken gets cooked, keep the pan open and dry
out the remaining water. Keep it aside.
Take a tawa (pan) and pour 3 teaspoons of oil and put
the spices to splutter. Slice the onions and sauté it on a low
flame until it gets brown and soft. Put salt as required while sautéing
the onions. Add the pepper powder as required. Put the chicken which is
kept aside and sauté for 10 mts until the chicken blends with the
spices.
Now it is ready. Decorate with Coriander leaves and serve
with rice. |
