Plain Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:    
Grated coconut - ½ cup
Small onions - 4 to 5 no
Green chillies - 2 or 3
Curry leaves - 5 or 6
Mustards - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste

procedure:

Grind the coconut, small onions and green chillies in a little water.

Add 2 tsp of oil to a pan. Add mustard seeds to the oil. Once the mustard seeds get crackled add curry leaves. Finally add the grinded mixture and salt to it. Stir it for a while and take it out of the stove. This chutney goes well with idly and dosha.
