Small raw papaya peeled and coarsely grated

Green chilies slit

Cumin & Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp each
Asafoetida
2 pinches
Sugar
1 tsp
Lemon juice
Coriander finely chopped
Oil
Method of Preparation:
Heat oil, add cumin and mustard seeds, asafoetida, allow to splutter. Add green chillies, stir, add papaya. Add all other ingredients, mix well, remove from fire.
Cool, serve with papdi.
