Ingredients :
   
Idlis
- 5 nos
Gram flour
- 50 grams
Rice flour
- 1 small cup
Red chillie powder
- 3 tablespoon
Ajwain
- 1 teaspoon
Cooking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon
Hing
- 1/4 teaspoon
Oil
- for frying
Salt
- as per taste
Water
-  
Grated carrot - 7
Corriander leaves - for garnish

Method:

Cut each each idli into 2 pieces Mix all the ingredients except carrot & coriander leaves. Together adding water to make a semi solid batter..

Heat oil in a kadai. Dip each idli piece in the above batter. Then deep fry them till they become crisp.

Garnish with grated carrot and coriander leaves.
