First of all fry poha in few oil. roast dal w/o oil. Then add chilly, sugfar, salt, jeera, coriander into poha at dal. Grind it in mixer.
Make tadka of rai,hing at currypatta at pour on mixture idlychutney is ready!!!! it will taste same like coconut chutney but whenver u dont 've coconut or time 2 grate it try this out
