Aloo Chaat

Ingredients :

Potato (boiled, peeled and cubed) - 1
Green chillies - 1 to 2
Coriander leaves - ¼ cup
Mint leaves - ¼ cup
Ginger Garlic paste - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) - ½ cup
Sev - ½ cup
Salt - as per taste
Lemon - ½ slice
Chaat masala - ½ tsp
Oil - 2 to 3 tsp

Preparation :

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the boiled potatoes on medium heat. Transfer to a plate, drain excess oil on absorbent tissue and set aside.

In a bowl add green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, along with ginger-garlic paste and mix well.

Add in the fried potatoes along with coriander powder, chopped onion, sev and salt, and give a good mix.

Squeeze in half a lemon and sprinkle chaat masala as per your taste.

Spicy Aloo Chaat is ready to go in your tummy! Serve hot and enjoy.
