Preparation :
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the
boiled potatoes on medium heat.
Transfer to a plate, drain excess oil
on absorbent tissue and set aside.
In a bowl add green chillies,
coriander leaves, mint leaves,
along with ginger-garlic paste and
mix well.
Add in the fried potatoes along
with coriander powder, chopped onion,
sev and salt, and give a good mix.
Squeeze in half a lemon and sprinkle
chaat masala as per your taste.
Spicy Aloo Chaat is ready
to go in your tummy!
Serve hot and enjoy.
