Ingredients :    

Cummin Seeds

- 50 gm

Peppercorns

- 50 gm

Black Salt

- 50gm

Dried Mint Leaves

- 30 gm

Kasuri Methi

- 2 tbs

Green Cardamoms

- 30

Cloves

- 15

Ajwain

- 1 tsp

Asafoetida

- 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder

- 1 tsp

Mace Powder

- a large pinch

Amchur

- 125 gm

Dry Ginger Powder

- 11/2 tbs
Chilly Powder - 1 tbs

Method : 

Grind all the above ingredients to a fine powder. Sieve and grind the residue again, if needed.

Store in a dry airtight container. Keep well indefinitely.
