![]() Preparation : Grind red chillies, ginger garlic paste, coriander-cumin seeds and water to make a smooth paste out of it. Keep it aside. ![]() Heat oil in a pan, add the prepared smooth paste into it and mix it well. Cook it for one minute. ![]() Add cooked potatoes, milk, kasuri methi, tandoori masala and salt into it and mix all well. Cook it for another 2 minutes. ![]() Here our tandoori potatoes are ready. It goes well with chappathi or rice! ![]() |
