Vegetable Dosai

Ingredients :

For Dosa :

Boiled Rice. (Soak for minimum 8 hours.)

: 3 cups

Black Gram ( Urad Dal ) (Soak for 1 hour.)

: One and half cup

Oil

: making dosas.
Salt : to taste.
Vegetables:
Tomatoes : 2
Pudina : little
Corainder leaves : 6 to 8
Onion : 3 to 4 piece
Carrot : 1 to 2
Cabbage : small piece

Method:

Grind the Rice and Daal together to a very smoothly. (Water should be added while grinding).

Add salt to the liquid dough. Leave them for ferment for about 5 to 6 hours. If the dough is too thick, then add little water to thin a bit.

Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Keep it aside. Take the dosa batter and spread it in the tava.Then sprinkle these cut vegetables on the Dosa. Make sure that the dosa is roasted well. Take it from the tava.

Now Muru Muru vegetable dosa is ready to eat.
