Method:
Mix the flour and salt. Add water to make a thick dough.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions. Add the garlic
and fry till it begins to turn golden. Add the meat, soy and chilli sauce.
Mix well. Add the freshly grounded pepper and salt.
Cook till the Meat
The dough is very thin circles of roughly 4"
diameter. Dab a little water on the edges of the circle. Put a tablespoon
of beef in the center of each circle.
Fold the edges over the Meat and seal the momos into
a semi-circular shape. Steam for 10-15 minutes. |
