Nadan Beef fry

Ingredients :

Curry leaves
Chopped Green Chillies
Ground Ginger & Garlic
Sliced onion
Fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Garam masala powder
Chopped coconut
Pepper powder
Mint leaves and coriander leaves
Beef boiled with masala

Cooking Method :

Pour oil to the hot pan, then add fenugreek seeds to it. When fenugreek seeds are about to crackle add Fennel seeds to it.. To this add Ground Ginger then add Ground Garlic, then add Chopped Green Chillies.. Now add sliced onions and mix fry it well.. Into this mix add some curry leaves too. When onions are fried well add masala's to it.

Masala's are - 2 tbsp tumeric powder, 3tbsp red chilly powder, 3tbsp coriander powder and 1tbsp garam masala. Mix it well until it gets fried well.

Now add boiled beef to it.. beef should be boiled with salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix it well in low flame. Add some stock water of beef to it.. Stir the beef mixture intermittently for 15 minutes. Add pepper powder and mix it well. Now to this add chopped coconut. Finally put some chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves and mix it well . Now our Nadan Beef fry is ready..
