Preparation :
Heat oil in a pan add garam masala (raw), Once it splutters add chopped shallots and curry leaves.
Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well .
After the shallots turn golden, add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, garam masala and salt, again saute well.
Add quail,cut into medium sized pieces, some water and mix well ... Then close the pan & cook well for about 10 minutes.
Once the quail is done add cube shaped onions, pepper powder, and salt Mix well.
Add cashew paste mix well and cook till the curry changes form to a thick gravy
Sprinkle a pinch of pepper for garnish before moving to a serving bowl.
Quail Pepper Curry is ready Serve it Hot!!!
