Preparation :
Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, green chilly and saute well for some time
Then add tomato, chilly powder, turmeric Powder, pepper Powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and meat masala and again mix well. Close the pan with a lid & cook for some time.
Open the pan and add quail cuts, saute well & close it again.
Let it cook for 10 to 15 min
Add some pepper powder, coconut milk, curry leaves & again mix well
Once the gravy thickens,move it to a serving plate...
Quail Roast is ready Serve it hot !!!
