Duck Stew

Ingredients :

Boiled Duck - 250 gm

Potato - 4 nos

Carrot - 2 nos

Beans - 10 nos

Raw Garam Masala - 2 tbsp

Pepper powder - 2 tbsp

Green chilly halves - 3 no

Ginger - 2-3 pieces

Salt - ½ tbsp

Coconut milk - of ½ coconut

Oil - 3 tbsp

Preparation :

Boil Vegetables with water, peppercorn and salt well.

Heat oil in a pan, add row garam masala (cumin, cinnamo, khuskhus, peppercorn etc) and let it splutter. Then add the boiled vegetables and its stock along with required salt and mix well.

Now add the boiled duck pieces along with green chilly, ginger slices and pepper powder. Mix well and close the lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Open the lid and add a bowl of coconut milk and again cover and boil for some more time.

Once the duck is well cooked open the lid and transfer the stew to a serving bowl and serve hot.
