Cooking Method :
Cook the duck with salt, 2 pinches of turmeric powder, one or two green chillies and sliced onion. Once it cooked well,take it out of the stove and keep aside.
Heat some oil in a pan
Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chilly to it
Sauté well until it turns to golden brown
Now add 1 ½ tsp of turmeric powder and 5 or 6 tsp of coriander powder to it, and mix well.
Add boiled duck to it.
Add two tsp pepper powder, 2 tsp garam masala to this mixture, stir well.
Pour coconut milk to this.
Once it starts to boil, add chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves to the curry.
If you want you can add a little more salt.
