Cooking Method :
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a kadai pan. Add finelly sliced onions, ginger garlic paste,green chilly, salt and cook well.
Add 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 3/4 tablespoon pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder and 1/4 tablespoon garam masala and saute well. To this add duck,boiled with turmeric powder & salt and mix well. Sprinkle Curry leaves and cook till the duck is done.Add a little water and cook till the gravy thickens. Finally add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and saute well.
This taste dish goes well with appam, chapathi,parotta and pathiri. Transfer it to a serving dish and enjoy! |
