Preparation :
Take a pan heat some oil. Splutter mustard seeds, add raw garam masala. & cumin. Saute well on a low flame.
Then add onion, ginger, ginger garlic paste then mix it well.
After the onion changes its color. add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, tomato, pepper powder, curry leaves and salt, mix well and close the pan for 5 mins.
Open the pan and add chicken salt if needed then mix it well, if its very dry add some water then again close the pan with a lid.
After some time open it add some coriander leaves and again mix well.
After 10 minutes switch off the stove & move the dish to a plate.
