Method:
First clean the chicken and cut into small pieces,then take the masalas red chilli,cumin seeds,coriander,and black pepper.Roast these masals cool it and grind it,keep away.
Now heat the kadai and put oil let the oil heat and put the ginger and garlic paste leave for 5 minutes now add chicken and turmeric powder and salt leave it for 15 mintues till the chiken tender and add grinded masala after this now heat a pan put the oil and fry the mustards,urad dal,green chillie,curry laeve and galics
Now serve the chicken with garnish coriander leaves and serve with rice |
