Cooking Method :
Cut the left over idlis into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan add some mustard seeds as it splutters add urad dal and curry leaves.
Add onions, green chillies and chopped ginger and for few minutes till it turns light brown in color.
Add the tomatoes, chilly powder, turmeric powder and cook till done.
then add water and bring to a boil.
To this add the idli pieces, cover with a lid and simmer for a few minutes.
After the idlis have absorbed all the water, sprinkle garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
