Papad Pakoda is an easy snack, which can be made with leftover papads, chickpea flour and oil for deep-frying. This snack can be served as a teatime snack or as a side dish.

Ingredients :

Papads - 4-5 no
Chickpea flour - 3tb
Water - 1-2 tbsp
Oil - 2-3 cups

Cooking Method :

Lets begin by shredding the Papads into bite size pieces. Sprinkle some chickpea flour and add a few drops of oil and mix well. You may even add few drops of water as well. Combine all the ingredients until a thick paste like consistency is achieved. Lets deep fry the Papads in hot oil until crispy.

Papad Pakoda's can be had as a snack and goes as a perfect side dish with curd rice.
