Ingredients :

   
Basmathi Rice - 400 grams
Onion - 1
Chilly - 3
Garlic - 3
Oil & Salt -  
Cardomom,Cloves,Cinnemon,Bayleaf - 5 grams
Tomato - 200grams
Arabic Parsly - 3 bunch

Cooking Method :

Wash and sock rice. Heat oil in a pan, add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and bayleaf. Fry the sliced onion little brown color add salt and water, boiling water add rice and chopped parsly mix well keep 10 minutes in slow flame add sliced tomato keep 5 minutes. Serve hot
