Drumstick Leaf Dosa ,Chutney and Badam Milk

We are presenting a healthy break fast idea... A combination of Dosa with drumstick leaves, accompanied by chutney and Badam milk.

Ingredients    
Dosa batter   2 cups
Drumstick leaves   ¾ cup
Finely chopped or grated carrot   ½ cup
Salt   to taste
For Chutney    
Finely cubed tomatoes   1 cup
Finely chopped Onions   1 cup
Red chillies   3 - 4
For Badam Milk    
Milk   1 glass
Badam (Almonds)   5 nos
Cardamom   1 tsp
Sugar   1 tsp

Cooking Method:

Take a bowl, pour dosa batter, and add drumstick leaves and cubed /grated carrots to it. If the batter is too thick you could add some water and salt.

Put the thava on the stove, when it is hot, pour the batter and make the dosa. As soon as you pour the batter, make circular movements with the spoon, without pressing it down too much, to make the dosa. Once the batter is cooked a bit, pour a little ghee or oil on top, flip it over. When the dosa is roasted well, take it in a plate.

Chutney

Now heat oil in a pan, and fry red chillies. Add tomato and onion into it. Sauté it well. Once it cools, put the fried ingredients into the mixer jar, add salt and grind it into a paste. Now the chutney is ready. You can serve it on to a plate.

Badam milk

Next is a nutritious drink. Put Badam and cardamom together in the mixer jar and puree it well. You can keep badam overnight in water, remove the skin before making the drink. Mix the puree well in one cup of milk, add sugar to taste. Now the drink is ready...
