Cooking Method :
Heat oil in a huge dosa pan. Add chopped Curry leaves, Capsicum Tomatoes, Green chilles, Chopped Onions and saute on medium flame for 4 minutes.
Add Red chilly power, Pepper power and Salt and mix it to scramble well. Take the chicken pieces off the curry and tear it into small pieces. Add the shredded Parotta pieces in to it.
Then lets add the Tomato ketchup. Scramble and mix well all the Ingredients. Cook untill the Chicken Kothu Parotta becomes dry.
Your Chicken Kothu Parotta is ready you may serve hot. |
