Method of making
Take a bowl...Put the wheat flour, sliced banana, grated coconut, and sugar into the bowl. Blend it well adding enough amount of water, to get a slightly thick batter.
Ensure that the batter is not in a very thick form.
Place the thava on the stove and let it become hot.
Pour a large spoonful of batter on the thava and flatten it to a nearly round shape.
Roast well on both sides..
Serve hot... A nice snack for kids....
