procedure:
Boil green peas and drain the water completely.
Put the pan on the stove. Heat oil in the pan on medium heat.
Fry red chillies and chopped curry leaves in the oil. Add boiled green peas and fry it well for 15 minutes. Now just pour the salt water mixture and mix well...
Ensure that it is in a crispy condition. Please take care not to burn the peas...
Now turn off the stove... Transfer the peas on to a plate.
Within some time it will turn crispy..Enjoy
