First add corn flour to the milk and stir well so that no lumps are formed. Keep on stirring and add beaten egg followed by cheese, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt, to make a smooth paste. Now dip and coat the bread slices with the mixture. Keep them aside.
Heat oil in a pan, and shallow-fry the bread pieces. When they turn brown on one side, turn them over. Serve hot and enjoy the crunchy snack
