Cooking Method :
To Begin with, mix 3-4 tbsp of butter and all-purpose flour in a bowl. We can start by gently mixing with our hand. To this you may add 2-3 tsp of chopped onions, thinly minced seedless green chilly along with 4-5 tbsp of grated cheese. Knead lightly to make smooth dough, to this add 2 tsp of pepper powder and salt water and continue to knead.
Make equal sized small round shaped cheese balls with a light hand and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Meanwhile lets prepare to fry the cheese balls. Pour oil into a pan keep the flame on medium mode and gently gather the cheese balls and deep fry until your Cheese balls turn golden brown.
Cheese balls looks similar to nuggets and preferably one can cook cheese balls in an oven too. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce for perfect combination. |
