procedure:
Take a colander, allow it to heat up on the stove. Put 5 spoons of oil to it
after heating it, put some cumin seeds,bay leaves,onions n stir it for 2 mins.
Put the garlic and ginger paste to it and saute till aroma spreads. Add the meat chunks to it, n keep stirring for 10 mins. In the meantime, marinate the spices with lemon juice. Add the marinated spice to the chicken,n cook it for another 10 mins, then add salt to it.
Lastly mix the cashew paste n tomatoes,n cook till it is done.....
Serve with hot rice or roti.
