Paneer is cottage cheese popularly used in North Indian vegetarian dishes and is a rich source of Milk protein

Vijaya Lakshmi Bulusu from Rourkela, Orissa give us instructions on how to make delicious Chilly Paneer.

Ingredients:    
Paneer
 - 250 grm
1 big Green capsicum chilly sause
 -  
Onion
 -  
Garlic
 -  
Ginger
 -  
Tomatoes
 - 2
Green chilly
 - 2
Garam msala
 -  
Tomato ketchup
 -  
Kashmir mirch powder
 -  
Turmeric
 -  
Salt  - to taste

Method :

Heat the pan put some oil put chopped onion, garlic, greenchilly & gingerpaste. Fry it for 2mins until brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and fry until oil will separate. Add some garam masala, kashmir mirch powder, tomato ketchup, chilly souse, salt & turmeric powder mix well & add some water and boil. now add paneer cubes, and chopped capsicum and mix well gently leave it for 5 mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
