Method:
Heat 2 spoons ghee in a pan and fry khaju and bambino
separately and keep aside, heat oil in a pressure pan and add onions,
chilies, ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes now add kheema cook
for 5 mins add garam masala, Dhania powder, red chili powder, turmeric
& salt fry for 5 mins now add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 3
vessels.
Remove the vessel and again add 2 cups of water when
the water started boiling add bambino, 2 tbl spoons ghee, and pressure
cook for 1 vessel.
Remove the vessel and garnish with fresh coriander and
kaju. And serve with Riatha. |
