Ingredients :
Puffed rice (kurmura)/beaten rice(poha)	-	1 cup
Grated carrots	-	1 cup
Finely chopped spring onions	-	1 cup
Boiled green peas or sprouts	-	¹/₂ cup
Grated beet root	-	1 cup
Finely chopped tomatoes	-	1 cup
Finely chopped green chillies	-	¹/₄cup
Finely chopped coriander leaves	-	¹/₂ cup
Juice	-	1 lemon
Powdered sugar	-	¹/₂ teaspoon
Salt	-	to taste
Yellow shev and coriander finely chopped for decoration .

Method :

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, except for yellow shev and coriander, finely chopped, for decoration.

Serve in plates and decorate it with yellow shev and chopped coriander.
