Method of Preparation:
Wash rice and drain it , keep aside. Bring the water
to boil. Heat oil in a wok and add to it cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Then to this add garlic, green chillies, onions and asafoetida.
Fry the onions till golden brown.
Now add to it sweet corn and spinach and coriander puree,
sauté for minute. Then to this add ginger garlic paste and sauté again.
To this add rice, sauté for some time and then add boiling
water, sugar and salt as per taste to it. Bring rice to boil and cook
until done.
Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves and freshly grated coconut on
the topped. |
