Remove bones, skin and fat from meat and cut into 1"
to 2" size pieces and grind it. Fry garlic and ginger.
Add minced meat and fry well. Add salt, garam masala
and chilly powder to the above and mix well. Add tomatoes. Cook on low
heat till the ghee separates.
Mix onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Use
as stuffing for parathas.
