Preparation :
Heat some oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, dry red chillies, ginger garlic paste, and saute well.
Add chopped shallots, green chilly, curry leaves, again mix well for 5 mins.
Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala & salt. Saute till it is combined well.
Then add chicken cut into medium sized pieces. add salt and a little water if required. Close the pan. Cook well for 15 mins.
Open the pan, add chopped tomato, close and again cook for 5 more mins.
Open the pan and saute well for a few seconds.Season with chopped coriander leaves.
Move the chicken to a serving bowl.
Chicken Chukka is ready... Serve HOT !!!
