Preparation : Take a bowl, mix all-purpose flour with some water and salt to make a dry batter of smooth consistancy. Cover the batter with a wet cloth & keep for some time. Heat some oil in kadai add chopped onion followed by eggs, salt, pepper & saute well. Transfer scrambled egg to a plate. Again heat some oil in the kadai, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped cabbage, salt, pepper, gram masala, grated carrot & spring onion. Followed by coriander leaves. Saute well and finally add egg scruambled and some butter then again mix it well. After that make a small balls from the maida batter and roll into shape of circles. Then keep masala in the middle of each circle & join the edges as shown. Steam the momos in a steamer for 10 to 20 mins. Then transfer egg masala momos to a plate! Serve hot with momos special Tomato chutney. |
