Preparation : Take a bowl, mix all-purpose flour with some water and salt to make a dry batter of smooth consistancy. ![]() Cover the batter with a wet cloth & keep for some time. ![]() Heat some oil in kadai add chopped onion followed by eggs, salt, pepper & saute well. ![]() Transfer scrambled egg to a plate. ![]() Again heat some oil in the kadai, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped cabbage, salt, pepper, gram masala, grated carrot & spring onion. ![]() Followed by coriander leaves. Saute well and finally add egg scruambled and some butter then again mix it well. ![]() After that make a small balls from the maida batter and roll into shape of circles. ![]() Then keep masala in the middle of each circle & join the edges as shown. ![]() Steam the momos in a steamer for 10 to 20 mins. ![]() Then transfer egg masala momos to a plate! Serve hot with momos special Tomato chutney. ![]() |
