Madrasi Beef Curry

Ingredients :

Beef (marinated with salt & pepper - ½ kg
Tomato - 2 no
Onion - 1+2 no
Green chilly - 4 no
Ginger garlic paste - 1 heaped tbsp
Chilly powder - ½ tsp
Cumin seed - ¼ tsp
Pepper
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Water
Garam masala [raw spices] - 1 tbsp
Salt - ¾ tsp

Preparation :

Take a mixy jar and add tomato, onion(1no), green chilly(2),Salt(½ tsp), red chilly powder(½ tsp), turmeric powder(¼ tsp), garam masala raw and water (½ glass). Mix it well to make a paste.

Clean & cut beef into bite sized pieces.

Heat some oil in a pan. When the oil gets hot add chopped onion (2no), turmeric powder (½ tsp) , salt, ginger garlic paste, followed by beef (marinated with salt & pepper) and saute well.

Add the blended mixture saute well add in some cumin seeds and water enough to cook the meat (if needed).

Close the lid of the pan & keep for 20 to 25 min.

Move it to a serving bowl your Madrasi Beef Curry is ready...
