Soya bean is a species of legume native to East Asia, which is high in protein.

Lets see how to make tasty Soya Pakoras from Soya chunks, a popular by-product made while extracting oil from soya flour.

Ingredients :

Soya Chunks– 1 cup
Gram flour – 5 tbsp
Rice flour-5 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Carom seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander- chopped 1 tbsp
Oil to fry

Preparation :

Mix soya chunks, gram flour, rice flour, salt, carom seeds, chopped coriander along with a little water in a bowl.

Heat oil in pan. Deep fry the chunks until it is golden brown in color.
