Heat oil and add chopped onions and garlic. Fry till it becomes tender. Add tomatoes, turmeric and coriander powder and fry for two minutes.
Fry Soya bean and add salt and sliced green chilies. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Pour a little water and add chopped capsicum.
Cook for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
