Preparation :
In a mixer jar and add shallots, dry red chilly, ginger(1 pieces), garlic, curry leaves, salt, crushed pepper, turmeric powder, Chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala along with some water and vinegar and blend it well to make a paste.
Mix the masala paste with the beef along with coconut pieces and magnate for half an hour.
Transfer it to a pressure cooker with 3 cup water and cook till the meat is tender. Beef needs almost 20-25 min or 6 to 7 whistles to get cooked.
Now heat coconut oil in a frying pan and add curry leaves, chopped onion (2no) along with ginger garlic paste (1tbsp) and saute for 2 mins.
Once the onion is cooked, add the cooked beef and fry it for almost 30 min on a low flame till the beef changes its colour to dark brown.
Transfer it to a serving plate.. . Serve hot.
