Preparation :
Take wheat powder add cabbage, chopped green chilli, carom seeds, ginger garlic paste, Chilli powder, dry fenugreek leaves along with required salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
Now add a tsp of butter & required quantity of water to the mixture and knead well to make a smooth dough.
Now to make the parathas, sprinkle some wheat powder on the board and take some lemon sized portions from the dough and roll each into a small circle (about 3-4").
Flatten it gently using a rolling pin. While rolling, again sprinkle some wheat powder on it.
Now heat a griddle or tawa and place the rolled roti on it, apply few drops of oil / ghee on one side and cook both sides till brown spots appear.
The Cabbage Roti is ready, serve hot.
