Cooking Method :
Take very small pieces of chicken in a bowl. Add 1tb spoon of ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, 1 tsp pepper powder.
1/2 spoon garam masala, coriander powder, 1 tbs kashmiri chilly powder. Add egg white of 1 egg and mix it well.
Take 1/2 cup flour mixed with 1 spoon of cornflour in a plate and put some cornflakes crushed in it.
Add 3-4 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp each of chat masala, pepper powder, chilly powder, and salt and mix it well.
Add the masala mixed chicken to the masala flour, and coat the pieces well. Add sliced onion to the mixture. Heat oil in a frying pan, deep fry the coated chicken pieces in it.
Make sure the pieces dont stick to each other. Take out the chicken pieces after it turns crispy & golden brown in color. Drain the unwanted oil from the mixture.
Garnish with some chat masala & serve hot
