Cooking Method :
Take a bowl and sift maida, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and mix well. Add curd and ghee and mix with the maida.
Pinch off lemon sized dough and roll into balls. Flatten them a little and make a dimple in the middle.
Now slowly add 3 to 4 badushas into hot oil and allow them to rise to the surface of the oil. Cook both sides till golden brown.
Remove the badushas from hot oil and place them gently in the warm sugar syrup, made earlier.Dip them well in sugar syrup.
Then remove badushas sweet from the syrup. Sweet Badusha is ready to serve !! |
