Cooking Method :
First, slice the parottas into small pieces. Pour oil into the hot pan. Add garlic and ginger, then break the egg into the pan and mix it well. After scrambling it well, add cabbage, carrot,and capsicum to it.. We will fry it slightly. Add required chilly powder. Now add little salt, white pepper and sugar. Pour tomato sauce, chilly sauce and soya sauce as required. Fry it well after adding spring onion and celery. After that add sliced parotta pieces to it and mix it well. We haven't used our chicken.. we will now put the half boiled chicken pieces to it..
It has to be served hot. we can serve it with tomato sauce, chilly sauce and soya sauce. It is very delicious and tasty.. |
