Cooking Method :
Add 3-4 tbsp of oil into a shallow pan. Splutter some mustard seeds along with cumin seeds. Now add thinly chopped onions into the pan and saute well. Add chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic along with curry leaves and continue sauteing. Now to spice up the recipe lets add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and fish masala powder. Add cubed tomatoes into the pan along with tamarind juice for added flavour along with salt to taste.
Pour in the formerly made boiled modha fish into the pan along with fish gravy and continue to saute. Our vattalmulaku special Fiah curry is ready to serve. |
