Cooking Method :
Grind and make chunty of : Ginger, green chillies, curd and pudina - coriander leaves... and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add the whole garam masalas to it. Add nicely chopped onions and saute till pink.
Add the chutney mixture, bay leaf, paneer or potato cubes and salt into it add saute for a second.
To it add raw rice and saute till oil leaves. Add 1:2 ratio of water ( glass of water for 1 glass of rice). Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Open the cooker and mix the mixture well.
