Cooking Method :
Lets us start off by cooking the pasta. Place a large skillet under medium heat to this add a litre of water. Make sure there is enough water to cover the pasta. Close the lid and cook the pasta for 3-4 minutes. Once cooked, drain and keep the pasta aside for later use. In another pan let's begin to prepare the masala. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil on medium flame in a pan. To this add thinly sliced onions along with tomatoes and thinly chopped green chilies. Sauté until the veggies turns translucent.
Now lets spice up the recipe, add coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and sauté. To this you may add Red chilly powder and continue sautéing. Now lets add the formerly made cooked pasta into the pan, toss and stir until the masala blends well with the pasta. Season with chopped coriander leaves to give a nice flavor to the recipe. Finally to inish off, lets add 2-3 tbsp of tomato sauce and salt to taste. Your spicy masala pasta is ready to serve. |
