Ingredients :

Rice flour    
Raw jack flesh    
Coconut    
Cumin seeds Paste    
Garlic Paste    
Grinded Jack flesh

Cooking Method :

First Take Rice flour and add the Cumin- Garlic Paste to it in required amount. Now to this add grated Coconut. Next add Grinded Jack flesh to it. Required amount of salt. Add very hot water to it.

Take a small portion and make cylindrical shapes... make as many as possible or needed.

WEshould put this small balls only to a dry vessel... otherwise it may stick to it. Add these balls to boiling water.

First we kept some water to boil. To that we addedGarlic - Cumin seed Paste and required amont of salt... then we added balls to these boiling water... and also pour the left over grinded flesh.

This can be made so easily at home. Jack fruit is the only poisonless thing available nowadays. So Jack fruit products are one of the most healthy food that we can serve to our children as 4 o' clock snack...
