Cooking Method:
In a bowl mix the cabbage,carrot and parsley and set aside. In another bowl add the mayo,mustard sauce,cider vinegar,lime juice,sugar,salt and pepper.
Give it a good whisk and then pour the mixture over the cabbage mixture. Give it a good stir and cling film it and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours for the cabbage to get really juicy with the mixture.
This goes well with all the bbq meats on the side or you could eat it just like how i eat it....( just like that )
